WHAT DOES MY CREDIT COST ME?

Your credit score determines a lot - the interest rate on your mortgage, auto loan, or credit card to the possibility of getting a new job or new apartment. Lets face it: You save money with improved credit. Credit Restore USA can help you improve your Credit for as little as $49 a month.

CREDIT RESTORE USA REFUND POLICY

Credit Restore USA has a very simple refund policy. If Credit Restore USA does not provide the service to you as outlined in your service agreement, you will not be billed for that month and if the payment has already been processed it will be refunded.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR CREDIT REPORT?

All credit reports contain the same information. In some instances it is just formatted differently. The personal information that is used to indentify you is:

• Your Social Security Number
• Your Address
• Your Employment Information

This personal information is not used when scoring your credit. When you report a new address to your creditors, it is then updated on your credit report by the credit bureaus.

Trade Lines- your credit accounts. Most all major credit cards, auto loans, mortgages and lines of credit are reported to the credit bureaus. The information that most lenders report:

• The date the account was opened/established
• The credit limit or loan amount
• The payment terms
• The payment history
• The date the account was closed/paid off (if applicable)

Credit Inquiries -when you apply for a loan or credit, you authorize the lending institution to request a copy of your credit report. Some lenders check a specific bureau and some check all three. The Inquiry section on your credit report shows a list of everyone who accessed your credit report within the last two years. These are often referred to as “Hard Inquiries.” When you access your credit report yourself it is classified as a “Soft Inquiry.” Soft inquiries can only be seen by you, not potential lenders.

Public Record Information -The credit bureaus publish public record information from the courthouses and this can include:

• Bankruptcies
• Judgments
• Tax Liens
• Wage Garnishments

Collection Accounts – When an account becomes past due or is charged off, it is often sold to a third party collection agency. These past due accounts are reported to the credit bureaus.

WHAT IS FACTORED IN YOUR CREDIT SCORE?

Credit scores are derived from a lot of different information located within your credit report. The information is grouped into five categories below.

Payment History

• Payment history on all types of accounts (credit cards, store accounts, installment loans, lines of credit, auto loans, mortgage, etc.)

• Existance of negative public records (bankruptcy, judgments, civil suits, tax liens, wage garnishments, etc.), collection accounts, and any negative or past due account(s)

• Length of delinquency (how long past due)

• Amount ($) past due on collection accounts and negative accounts

• Number of negative/delinquent items on file at each credit bureau

• Number of accounts that have been or are currently paid as agreed and satisfactory

Amount ($) Owed

• Amount owed on each account

• Number of accounts with balances

• Utilization - percentage of credit lines used compared to the total available credit

• Percentage of installment loans (ex: auto loan) still owed

Length of Credit History

• Length of time accounts have been open

• Time since new account activity

• Average age of accounts

New Credit

• Number of recently opened accounts – any account under 6 months is generally considered “new”

• Number of recent credit inquiries – only “hard” inquiries can affect your credit score. Anytime you request your own credit it is a “soft inquiry” and does not affect your score in any way

• Time between opening new accounts

• Time between credit inquiries

• New, positive credit added after “credit problems”

Types of Credit Used

• To maximize your credit score, various types of accounts are needed: (credit cards, store accounts, installment loans, auto loans, mortgage, etc.) – A good mix of accounts is desired

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED WHEN DETERMINING YOUR CREDIT SCORE?

• Race, color, religion, national origin, sex or marital status. United States law prohibits credit bureaus from considering these facts. Also, any receipt of public assistance, or the exercise of any consumer right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act will not be used when computing credit scores.

• Age

• Salary, income, occupation, title, employer, employment length or history

• Demographic location

• Type of accounts or lenders currently on your credit

• “Soft Inquiries”

WHY CREDIT RESTORE USA

Credit Restore USA offers a quality service that is unmatched in this industry. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients.

• Our clients are much more than a file number. Every client’s situation and needs are different. Here at Credit Restore USA we do not provide a “cookie-cutter” service. We custom tailor each file to produce the best possible results for each client.

• The entire staff at Credit Restore USA takes pride in what we do. We have a very knowledgeable team that has the same goal: Provide the best service in our industry!

• Our office is located in Miami, Florida. We are not one of these “online companies” – we have a physical office location. If you are local to the area, feel free to stop by and get a personal credit consultation at no cost!

• Credit Restore USA would not be where we are today without the support of our loyal clients. A large amount of our business comes from referrals. The most powerful form of advertising and exposure comes from our client’s kind words.

Credit Repair is legal, but not all companies are. Credit Restore USA prides itself on being 100% compliant and legal. We are fully licensed and bonded in the State of Florida. We offer our service to clients in all 50 States.

There are many fraudulent companies in this industry. Here are some things to watch out for when deciding on what company to hire:

• Stay away form companies that request payment in advance. Credit Restore USA does not charge you in advance for any service. We charge only after the First Work, and then Monthly for the work performed the previous Month.

• Stay away from companies that do not disclose your rights. You have the right to attempt repairing your credit on your own. Credit Restore USA offers our service to clients that prefer having a professional company help them repair their credit.

• Stay away form companies that encourage you to “create” a new identity by replacing your current Social Security Number with a EIN (Employer Identification Number) or other “secondary credit profile number” – this is illegal and can land you in serious trouble!

• Stay away from companies that claim approval or endorsement from the FTC or any other Government Agency. They do not endorse or approve any business.
